HOW WE WORK

Three principles for what comes next.

Limited allocations

The growers we are choosing make small volumes. Once the import is in place, Hong Kong will receive a defined share, offered first to the partners on the list.

Tastings on our trips

When we are in Hong Kong, we set up private tastings with restaurants and sommeliers who would like one.

Direct line

No call centre or sales representative. You speak directly with the person who picks the bottles.
